Mobile computer

Mobile computer is described as a computing device, larger than a PDA or palmtop but smaller and far lighter than a laptop, and offering around 10 hours of battery life.

Mobile computers offer "instant on" computing by having a compact operating system and applications (such as Windows CE or EPOC) permanently installed on an internal ROM chip
