Commercial may refer to advertising, paid classified messages in newspapers, magazines, flyers, billboards, and paid announcements over radio and television to sell a product, item or service.

In an industrial or industry context, a "component" refers to a distinct part or element that makes up a larger system or product. Components can be simple parts such as screws and nuts or complex systems such as engines and electronic circuits.
There are two industrial interpretations for CPC:
