This 240*12 8 dots graphic LCD module is looks good and works well here .It is a standard module with 144*104*13.4 outline dimension .
there are some options for you :STN Yellow-green ,with Yellow-green LED backlight or white LED backlight second is STN, Blue ,negative ,transmissive ,with white LED backlight or with CCFL backlight and third is FSTN ,negative ,white on black ,with white LED backlight .
All designed with negative voltage and T6963 controller (If you provide it by yourself ,we can also give you the one without it )
