We manufacture Polyester Popcorn (also called Polyester Condux). its raw material for manufacturing polyester staple fiber.

Polyester Staple Fiber is generally used in spinning, weaving non-woven. PSF is mainly used for fiber fillings in cushions and sofas. It is also used generally in spinning to make Polyester Spun Yarn which is then knitted or weaved into fabrics. PSF is mainly classified as Solid and Hollow Polyester staple fiber.

Filament yarns are made by taking the long polyester filaments, grouping them together, and then twisting them to make them thicker and stronger. A monofilament yarn has just one, long polyester fiber that is not twisted. Spun yarns are produced in much the same way that a cotton or wool yarn is produced.

We make popcorn from virgin wiry and POY waste. We are one of the larger and oldest exporters of Popcorn from India. We also have the required China certificates also. This material is used as raw material to manufacture recycled Polyester Staple Fibre.
