· activities provided by orphanages, children's boarding homes and hostels, residential nurseries, homes for the aged, homes for the physically or mentally handicapped, including the blind, deaf and dumb, rehabilitation homes (without medical treatment) for people addicted to drugs or alcohol, homes for the homeless, institutions that take care of unmarried mothers and their children, etc.
This class excludes:
· adoption activities, see 85.32· short-term shelter activities for disaster victims, see 85.32(2019-08-02)
